Growing up, while other kids were watching cartoons or Beverly Hills 90210, I was hooked on I Dream of Jeannie, I Love Lucy and the Dick Van Dyke Show. These shows were the genesis for my love of mid-century design and architecture—a love that has only grown as I've gotten older. I like getting lost and finding cool neighborhoods with unique homes. Staring up the Marina Towers, visiting Frank Lloyd Wright properties—these things bring me joy. Buildings and homes are important; they have souls and energy. Far too many are being razed or grayed out with big-box treatment.
I decided a few summers ago that it wasn’t enough just to appreciate these homes from afar. I wanted to get on the inside to help save them, and to connect with others who share the same passion and appreciation for good design.
As a Broker, I specialize in mid-century but love to work with clients with homes of all eras and architectural styles! I grew up in a house built in 1893, lovingly restored by my parents throughout my upbringing and I am now lucky enough to be the steward of my own all-original 1957 split-level ranch! It's my love for restoration and preservation that sets me apart from the sea of other realtors.
I bring with me a devotion for design (I have a BFA in Fashion Design/millinery), and I promise I can help you see past bad cabinets, a cluttered living room, or sad linoleum. A house is like a member of the family, and I believe there is a right match out there for every home-seeker! I am beyond excited to help you begin (or continue) your journey, and can't wait to help you find the home of your dreams!
